Rand is a bilingual counselor, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, mediator, and Family coach with expertise in therapeutic techniques like CBT, NLP, ACT, Narrative therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Motivational interviewing. With over a decade of experience, Rand is dedicated to helping disadvantaged youth and families overcome challenges. They conduct seminars focusing on mental health and family relationships and are known for their approachable nature and commitment to excellence. Rand is passionate about mental health advocacy through podcasts, radio shows, and social media, aiming to promote well-being in families and communities. She has have contributed to various podcasts and radio interviews, including notable involvement with SBS Arabic, extending their reach and impact.

Dr Zuleyha Keskin
Leading the spiritual session is our esteemed facilitator Dr Zuleyha Keskin. Zuleyha is an advocate of inner peace, having completed her PhD on inner peace.  Zuleyha teaches Islamic spirituality and has a wealth of knowledge, insights and tips on how to connect with Allah and give meaning to life and events to achieve a state of contentment and gratitude.
