Join ISRA Mother’s Group in an 8 week course in Mental Health Matters for Muslim Women and hear from mental health professionals.

Discuss ways in changing cultural perceptions and stigma around mental health in our community. Benefit from the spiritual equilibrium Islam brings to ourselves and our relationship with The Creator.
