Registration Form
ISRA Youth College is run according to NSW Child Protection Guidelines. All questions asked in this form are conditional on this premise. You will be provided with the choice to accept the options on a per-child basis in the form. For more details please read below:
Medical Assistance
Under the circumstance that your child requires medical attention during Youth College, the procedure will be provided by a first aid accredited individual. We will always ensure a First Aid Accredited individual is on site.
Photos for Marketing Purposes
Photos taken will be used (with your permission as provided in the form) for ISRA marketing purposes. If you wish for your child to be removed from any marketing material you come across for any reason, please let us know.
